Nick is a Guitarist/Composer from Halifax, Nova Scotia. He has been playing music from over 15 years, with 6 years of post-secondary music education. His primary instrument is Guitar, but has years of experience playing/teaching Drums, Bass, Piano, Ukulele, Mandolin, Fiddle & Voice. Nick began studying music at a very young age taking private lessons, and practicing daily. His formal musical education began at NSCC in the music arts program before enrolling in the Bachelor of Music Program at Humber College in Toronto. Through these years he has developed experience playing many different many genres such as; Jazz, Classical, Blues, Rock, Celtic, Country, R&B/Funk/Soul, and Latin. This is also where his knowledge of Music Theory, Harmony, Rhythm, Arranging, Ear-Training and Sight-Reading have made major improvements. 

After taking a class on Film Composition at Humber, He developed a passion for arranging and composition.  He has collaborated with Humber’s Film Program as well as Ryerson University’s Film program to compose music for many short films, several of which have been featured in the Toronto International Film Festival. He has also worked on Video Game Composition, Mobile App Development, and Sound Design.
