Cancellation Policy

We all live busy lives, and we understand there may be occasion where you, or Mansion on the Hill, may need to cancel a lesson.
That  said, we do need to pay our instructors. When lessons are cancelled  last minute, this affects their income as well. Therefore, We have had  to weigh our options and create a fair cancellation policy.

Snow Storms or have a cold, car is not functioning, or just want to stay home, Then have your Music lesson online,  Via Zoom, Video, we can easily set you up no extra charge.   We only need an hours notice so the teacher can send you a link to his room,

There are  many reasons why lessons may be cancelled, but the list below contains the only circumstances under which a credit will be issued.

1. Medical Emergencies / death in family.

2. Vacation (ONLY with 3 weeks Notice)
